Skywatch Friday No. 29

This evening the crescent moon and one bright star were out. They were very pretty through the oaks branches. The first two are full shots.

This one has a bit of the pink sunset.

Here is a close up.
This was my view of Mt. Adams while driving home from the ranch. I did stop driving to take this photo, didn't want to get into trouble for drive by picture shooting.

Please go visit the other great Skywatch participants at SkyWacth Friday There are wonderful photos from all around the world!Enjoy your day and don't forget to hug your DOR

Oh Jack you certainly do take good pictures. This one is just lovely. Wow you did a terrific job.

I hope you get that ride this weekend too. Give your DOR a hug!:-)

Thanks everyone for the nice comments.
Teri C-great question. Cactus is part of my name because I can be a bit prickly, but if treated right I can be cuddled. Jack comes from the Jack of Hearts, in honor of the heart spots that decorate my rear. The Splash part comes from my mother's side of the family, it is an old family name.
Betty-The DOR uses a Fujifilm E550. It was a Christmas present several years ago. It is suffering a bit since Hank the Tank tried to eat it.
