Apology from Star

This is Star, she sure is pretty! Recently she had a "werehorse" incident and ejected her Mom while they were working cows. Star and her mom have a blog, For the love of a horse. Seems that Star may not be getting any treats from Santa for being a bit naughty. I want to let Star's mom in on a secret, Star sent me an e-mail talking about how badly she feels and wondering how to apologize....here it is.

Dear Cactus Jack Splash,
The other day I did a bad thing, I didn't mean to do it, but I did. My mom and I were working cows and I am not too fond of cows. She told me to move forward and I didn't, so she made it clear that I was to move forward...well I made it clear I didn't want to do that and in the process I ejected her from the saddle. To make matters worse I kicked her elbow as she was heading toward the dirt.
I don't know what to do. I love my mom and feel really bad about ejecting her. I sure didn't mean to do it, I was just trying to tell her something. I know I should mind and not throw tantrum, but those cows are just so yucky. They stink and have poop on them. What if some of that poop got on my beautiful self? What if their stink got on me and I could never get it off? At least mom didn't land in any of the poop those cows left all over the place.
So how do I apologize? I have hung my head in shame, I have given her the big sad eyes, I even tried smooching her. Please help me...I want her to know I am sooooo sorry and love her bunches.
Star

Well there you have it...one painted pony who is feeling pretty bad about ejecting her mom. I hope her mom reads this and knows how sorry Star is.
Enjoy your day and don't forget to hug you DOR!

Wow, she is beautiful. Her markings remind me a lot of my sister's Paint mare, Fritzy. I'm sorry to hear she had "werehorse" moment (that is too funny! ;) I hope after her mom reads the letter, she is able to forgive her and not be afraid to try again!

We all have our days. I'm not so crazy about cows myself.

We all get on the naughty list every now and then. I'd keep working the big eyes thing...
