Itchy weather

Spring means shedding, shedding means itching, itching means scratching....
Here is Freedom scratching his butt. I am surprised that the old fart can still get up and down, let alone rock and scratch his butt.
I have been scratching and itching any way I can. The DOR has been helping all of out by brushing all of us each day. She has been spending extra time working my back over, she worries that rolling could tweak my back and set my recovery back a bit.
The best part of spring is getting our daily brushing...we are spoiled.
Enjoy your day and don't forget to hug your DOR!

Yep, the only thing I hate about spring, Jack. THE SHEDDING! I've been trying to curry my horses a little bit a few times a week, but the hair keeps coming! Since you should be getting down and rolling, maybe your DOR could rig up a back scratcher for you!?

Freedom looks pretty good if you ask me. It's a good thing you have your DOR to scratch your itchies for you. She's a nice lady.

I'm surprised Freedom can still get up and down like that too! Seriously, he's the oldest horse I know of.

Freedom...an old fart. That made me giggle. hehe!
Fun pic of him.
Apache is shedding now, too. Just to touch her means pillows of fluff come flying off of her...and up my nose and sticking to my lips....and making me itch, too.
