Hi, it is me the DOR.
Scooby and Hank crossed the rainbow bridge the same way they have lived the past few years, together. I have no words to express the sorrow that I feel. I have no way to thank them for how much they enriched my life and the rich gifts they bestowed upon me by being my friends. What I do have are rich memories of both of them-memories I would like to share with you this week as a way to celebrate their lives.
They were an interesting pair. Each one of them needed the other. It seems like each one of them made the choice to leave me together. God speed my friends, I hope to see you in heaven whole and running again.
Enjoy your day and don't forget to hug each other!
PSA-yes two of the photos have me riding without a helmet, I didn't own one when I first got Hank (poor excuse I know). That does not happen anymore. I always wear a helmet when I ride and you should too-a helmet can save your life.

Syndi, losing a horse isn't easy. I am sure they crossed peacefully and are now running in the fields of Heaven. Thank you for giving them both a good life.
I am so glad you 3 had each other. You are a fantastic horse Mommy and always do the right thing.
I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of two of your friends. It's so hard to say goodbye, but you will have wonderful memories of them both to help you through your grief. Godspeed to them both.
Are you at SAGE RIDERS with Hank???? (in the top photo?)
mrscravitz,
Yes we were at Sage Riders in that photo. We had a ball doing the team sorting.
Love Hugs and Smooches. I have had tears in my eyes for two days and I don't do that. You were so lucky to have each other.

I imagine the two of them kicking up their heels in pleasure as they gallop the fields in heaven. Such a loving and touching tribute to two of the best friends one can have. hugs
